QUALITY CHECK - PRICES - USA

QUALITY CHECK STANDARD: $0.27/pcs

• We inspect the outer package and count the products without removing it from the original product package (box/poly bag)
• We inspect the outer packaging of the product for damages.
• We verify if the FNSKU is applied and correct, we look for visible, external defects (improper printing of images or texts on the packaging, lack of "Made in China" stickers, lack of "Suffocation Warning"-if needed etc)

* This price DOES NOT include shipping costs from Inspector Control to Amazon warehouse. You can generate the shipping labels in your Seller Central and send them over to us in a .PDF file. Once sent, we will be able to print and apply to your cartons. (Amazon charges around $0.40 – $0.80/lbs to ship to their warehouses)

* This QC STANDARD services will be applied to every product we receive regardless if it is imported from Overseas or withdrawn from Amazon stock.
(EXCEPTION : Products that only need Storage services and Forwarding cartons to Amazon will not be charged QC Standard unless customer requests the service.)

OTHER INSPECTOR CONTROL SERVICES

The following services are OPTIONAL and the number of pieces is chosen and requested by you. This cost is added to the STANDARD Quality Check.

We open the box/poly bag and ensure:

• the physical integrity of the product
• that the products (main and bonus) are free from defects
• that all products are present (main product, bonus product, accessories, Thank You Cards, Discount Cards, instructions , etc.)
• the quality of the main product and the qualities it must fulfill (size, color, shape, logo presence, washing label or other labels   where applicable)
• the quality of the bonus product

 
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCT BOX/POLYBAG: Starting $ 0.14 - 0.19 / pcs

• replace boxes / polybag  that have been damaged during shipping with new ones provided by customer / supplier

 
PRODUCT TESTING: starting at $ 0.50 - 1.00 / pcs

• we test the product itself to operate at the desired standards

 
INSERTS: $ 0.17 / pcs

• we add in the box alongside your existing Thank You cards, Discount Cards, instructions, etc

 
SORTING: $ 0.14 / pcs

• we sort the products that are mixed or want to be divided into colors, sizes, etc.
  
  

 MISSING TAGS/EXTRA LABELS : $ 0.17 / piece

• we add missing labels / stickers. Example: Suffocation Warning, FNSKU, Made in China, etc

RECEIVING INVENTORY BACK FROM AMAZON FBA

Services: Counting, sorting, and consolidating your goods on pallets, provide a report on the condition of the returned items.

*Know your inventory have been distributed all over Amazons FBA centers across the US. It will be sent back in different quantities from different locations. We will have to open all boxes with varying amounts of products, which will take some time and work. Handling fee will apply to all packages coming from Amazon Removal.  Please be advised that some units might present damages acquired in the transit on the way to us.  A Quality Check Standard will be applied .

*Notes on Returns
We can not guarantee the exact number of units that you remove from Amazon will actually arrive with us.
Often there are zero packing slips with the returns or sometimes are miscounted or put in the wrong boxes.
Just think that some of your goods will travel thousands of miles to get to us and some damage is inevitable.
We hope this is won't be the case, but from our experience with returning goods from Amazon and we want to warn you from the beginning.

• Avoiding “OUT OF STOCK” in Amazon is very important; you can send us a new stock in advance and help you synchronize it as you prefer.​

FORWARDING

Forwarding Services: $5/carton

• A Forward Only order should arrive prepared to be sent to destination directly without any other preparations.
• The Forwarding Service fees include a inspection of your shipment, verification of the shipment’s external package for forwarding to other warehouses, photo documentation if necessary, and application of your shipping labels.
• ​Further services provided: Opening cartons for verification, trimming oversize cartons, reassembling wrong configurations. These processes will result in additional fees.
  Forward Only orders are prioritized upon delivery and granted a 3-day grace period before storage fees start.

Using a forwarding company in US will give you protection from your competitors who can easily find who is your supplier if you deliver the goods directly from the factory to Amazon. Also, it will help you better control the quality.

Pallet Receiving Fee: $20/Pallet
LTL (Less Than Truckload) Pallet Shipping 

Amazon accepted pallets built from inventory –  $25.00/pallet.
If goods arrive at our facility already on pallets – $20/pallet

LTL Pallet & Prep is $25.00 per pallet, including: Amazon compliant pallet, Professional pallet assembly and application of your pallet label
• Please provide us with the details for your freight pick-up including the contact information of your freight forwarder.
• A BOL will be required prior to your shipment departing. (ASAP recommended).

(40” x 48” x 72” highest dimensions pallet – max weight 1500 lbs.)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We can order from Amazon or any other online stores, competing products that will help you improve your business.
Are you dealing with a Amazon hijacker ? Same solution !!! We simply order any product with our Amazon Prime account and we provide pictures, videos, written details, live communication via Skype, FaceTime, Whatsup video - if needed. 
​*Service fee $10 plus the cost of the product

If you wish to sell any products on your personal website or any other online selling platforms like Walmart, E-bay, Etsy or Shopify, WE CAN HELP. 
Store your inventory in our warehouse and we provide packing and drop-off services to local Post Offices.
*Handling fees will very based on size, weight and volume of the product.

All steps made by our team in Quality Check Services will be documented in photos and detailed description, then send to clients in 4 stages

STAGE 1 - The order is received and taken over by our team and the Quality Check process begins.
After the inspection, we send a report to you in different formats (pictures + written description)
 

STAGE 2 - ​If a Detailed Quality Check was requested, then process 2 begins. Depending on the results, our company, together with you, is looking for the best solution to solve any existing problem.
When the inspection is done we send a report to you. (pictures + written description)

STAGE 3 - Preparing the product for the additional services requested by the customer and preparing packages for shipping to Amazon.
The final weight and size will be send to the customer at this stage to create the final shipping labels.

STAGE 4 - Payment of invoice and parcel delivery.
Payment Information:
PayPal (4,5% commission) / Bank Transfer ($ 25)
After the payment is made and confirmed we are waiting for the shipping labels created by the customer. Ones the pick up by the carrier is a full field we will let you know!

*NOTES

• ​Damaged products that are left in our warehouse can stay up to 30 days free of charge . After 30 days a 20$ /month storage fee will be applied 
• Any order (amazon removal or imported from China ) will start being processed ones the order is delivered in full. 
• After the order was processed , it can stay up to 5 days free of charge in our warehouse . After 5 days we will apply a storage fee based on number of units and volume.
• Any additional changes after a order was processed , additional costs will be added if needed.
• Invoices are due immediately upon Receipt. Unpaid Invoices after 5 business days will incur a 10% late fee.
