Useful Info and Terminology:
Air Cushions: Added as needed for extra support to all outgoing shipments, free of additional charge.
Bill of Lading: Receipt for goods contained in the shipment given to the importer of the goods by the carrier. Bundling: Combining multiple single,complimentary items, or multiple pieces, into one sellable unit. Carton: Outermost shipping box. Case-Packed: All products within the carton match in SKU and quantity. Importer of Record: The owner/purchaser of the goods, and financially responsible party. Customs Broker: Facilitates the forwarding of goods through customs. Detailed Inspection: Inspecting the product packaging and contents using specific criteria. Requires analyzing the product piece by piece. Duty Fees (Tax, Tariffs): Based on value of your shipment contents, duty fees will need to be paid by the Importer of Record upon entering the country. FNSKU: It is an exclusive Amazon Product Label (Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit). Freight Forwarder: Facilitates the forwarding of shipments from destination port to receiving destination. Inner Carton: Used for small products to offer additional layer of protection, inside the Master Cartons, Inserts: Coupons, fliers, thank you cards, booklets, manuals, etc. Labels: Any sticker that is applied to your product packaging. Way Bill: Itemized list of goods in a particular shipment. |
Master Carton: Outermost shipping box containing multiple inner-cartons of products.
Mixed-SKU (Individual Units): Carton contains one or more different products and in different quantities. Multi-pack: Multiple identical products sold together as a single unit. Poly Bags: Plastic bags used to protect goods. Processing: Receiving, inspecting, counting, re-packing, weighing, measuring, and shipping your order. Product Content Verification: Checking the presence of specific features, pieces, design or quality. Requires opening the product and analyzing the product. Product Packaging: The outermost product packaging the end-user would see. Receiver: The party responsible for accepting the delivery from the carrier. Replacement Product Packaging: Extra product packages sent in addition to your total expected quantity. Sorting: Itemizing/configuring your order based on your shipping plan. Supplier: Manufacturer of your products/packaging, etc. Importer of Goods: Third-party receiver of goods entering the country, prior to final destionation. UPC: Universal Product Code is an identifying barcode for your product. Will be covered with your “Stickered Inventory”, or remain as your primary label. |

- Damaged products that are left in our warehouse can stay up to 30 days free of charge . After 30 days a 31$ /month storage fee will be applied
- Any order (amazon removal or imported from China ) will start being processed ones the order is delivered in full.
- After the order was processed , it can stay up to 5 days free of charge in our warehouse . After 5 days we will apply a storage fee based on number of units and volume.
- Any additional changes after a order was processed , additional costs will be added if needed.
- Invoices are due immediately upon Receipt. Unpaid Invoices after 5 business days will incur a 10% late fee.
*Please include your Name on the Shipping Address to us otherwise we will have a hard time identifying your goods against the work order, who the customs bill belongs to and any other details, when it comes to us.
